Andrew Coloretti is an executive leader with 30 years of experience designing, governing and scaling institutional investment businesses across Asia and Australia. His expertise spans investment governance, asset management, cross-border investment structures, institutional investment platforms and executive leadership.
Andrew currently serves as Head of Tailored Solutions at Vantage Point Asset Management (VPAM), where he also chairs the firm’s Investment Committee, serves as a Director of the VPAM CIMA Funds, and is a Responsible Manager for VPAM Australia.
In addition to his responsibilities at VPAM, Andrew holds a number of executive, board and Responsible Manager appointments across regulated financial services businesses in Singapore and Australia. These include Executive Director of Oculus BioMed Ltd, Chief Investment Officer and Chair of Spark Financial Group, Chair of the Investment Committee for China Galaxy Securities International Wealth, Chair of the Compliance Committee at CS & Co (AFSL), Director of Sino Group (Hotels) and the Spark Foundation, Responsible Manager appointments with Beyond Securities, Spark Advisors Australia Pty Ltd and Ascia Pty Ltd.
His previous leadership experience includes Executive Director of Aura Group, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Giles Wade, Chief Executive Officer of Boston Capital Group, Head of Private & Wealth Banking at HSBC, and Co-founder of Rocking Horse Group. Throughout his career, he has also held senior executive positions across investment management, corporate finance and financial services.
Andrew has previously lectured in Corporate Governance and Internal Controls at RMIT University, where he also developed curriculum in these disciplines. He continues to contribute to industry through his role on the RMIT Accounting and Bookkeeping Industry Advisory Committee.
A passionate advocate for community engagement, Andrew has contributed extensively to the not-for-profit sector, including more than 20 years of service with the State Library Victoria Foundation and its Board Investment & Finance Committee, alongside governance roles supporting Indigenous–First Nations housing initiatives and the Athenaeum Library Melbourne.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Monash University. He is a Fellow of both the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA).
