1. Promoter of this competition is Spark Advisory (ABN: 89 621 720 072 ACN: 621 720 072).
2. Competition Period The competition begins on 17th of March 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on the 17th of September 2025. The winner will be drawn on the 18th of September 2025.
3. Eligibility
• This competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Spark Advisory and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
4. Entry Requirements
• To enter, participants must refer an individual who attends a meeting with Spark Advisory between 17th of March 2025 and 17th of September 2025. Each successful meeting attended by a referred individual within this timeframe counts as one valid entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per participant, provided each entry meets the above requirement.
• Entries must be submitted during the competition period. Late entries will not be accepted.
5. Prize
• The prize is a $2,500 travel voucher, redeemable through Bayside Travel.
• The voucher is subject to Bayside Travel’s terms and conditions.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on September 18th, 2025, at 1:00pm AEST.
• The draw will take place at Level 2, 181 Bay Street, Brighton, 3186, VIC.
• The winner will be notified via phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw.
• As required by law, the winner’s name will be published on our website https://www.sparkfg.com.au/ on [September 19th, 2025] for a period of 28 days.
7. Claiming the Prize
• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified. While Spark Advisory will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the winner, and if the prize is not claimed within this period, Spark Advisory reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
• The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim the prize.
8. General Terms
• Spark Advisory reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Spark Advisory accept no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or any other reason.
• By entering this competition, participants agree to allow Spark Advisory to use their name and image for promotional purposes if they win.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Spark Advisory will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the winner’s participation in this competition or use of the prize.
10. Privacy
• Participant information will be handled in accordance with Spark Advisory’s privacy policy, available at https://www.sparkfg.com.au/privacy-policy/.
• Details of referred individuals will only be used for the purposes of this competition and related services by Spark Advisory.
• As required by law Spark Advisory will keep certain records of the competition for a period of three years after the lottery is finalised.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions Spark Advisory reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time, subject to relevant state or territory regulations. If Spark Advisory changes the rules of the competition, we will notify participants via an announcement on our website.
